Brief: Polyol benzoate can replace DOP, DBP as the major plasticizer, it is better than DOP and DBP in several key parameters, including high efficiency, low toxicity and good miscibility with the polymer, low volatility, low leachability,large filling volume, and good brightness.
Properties: It is well compatible with PVC & vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyvinyl acetate, Polymethyl methacrylate, polyvinyl butyral, nitro cellulose, cellulose acetate butyl & ethyl cellulose. It can be used as replacer of 8611 for it owns better performance
Uses: Because Polyol benzoate's Flash point is higher than DOP, it can be used in PVC window and door, Profile, PVC board, decorative material and foam hard sheet, etc.
